The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier solution for any commercial kitchen, designed for both performance and durability. This heavy-duty gas range features a 60-3/4” wide cooking top set at a comfortable 37” height, offering ample workspace for high-volume cooking. The unit is built with stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring strength, easy maintenance, and a sleek, professional appearance. The front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator provide enhanced safety and control, while the standing pilot for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable, hassle-free ignition every time.
This versatile range offers a five-burner configuration, combining two powerful Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K star burners in the front, and comes with six available burner options to meet various cooking needs. Additionally, a 24” raised griddle is available on the right side, featuring manual controls and an under broiler, making it ideal for cooking a variety of items such as pancakes, sandwiches, and grilled meats. The raised griddle adds flexibility, making the range even more adaptable for busy kitchen environments.
The 45,000 BTU NAT oven is designed for efficient cooking with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. It also comes with one rack and two-position side rails to maximize oven space. This range includes two standard oven bases, ideal for high-volume baking, roasting, and other tasks, offering reliable, high-powered cooking in a commercial kitchen setting.
