The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and durability, making it the perfect choice for high-demand commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking top set at a convenient 37” height, this heavy-duty gas range provides ample space for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensure a sleek, professional look while being easy to clean and maintain. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator offer enhanced safety and control. For reliable ignition, this unit features a standing pilot for the open-top burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The range is equipped with Pyromax Burners that provide 40,000 BTU NAT of high output. These patented, non-clog burners feature a three-piece design for easy cleaning, along with built-in port protection drip rings for enhanced durability. Additionally, a group of four burners is available to meet the specific needs of your kitchen. On the side, the 24” Charbroiler can be positioned on the left or right, equipped with removable, cast iron grates, ideal for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
For oven cooking, this range includes two convection oven bases equipped with 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens. These ovens feature a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing precise temperature control for consistent baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering enough space for multiple pans. Each oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexibility. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm, ensuring optimal airflow and energy savings. The motor is designed with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for long-lasting reliability. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed, providing even more versatility.
