The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines power, precision, and durability, making it an ideal choice for any commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty gas range features a 60-3/4” wide cooking top set at a convenient 37” height, offering ample space for all your cooking needs. The range is built with a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring a sleek, easy-to-clean design that can withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. For safety and control, it comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed regulator, while the standing pilot for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases provide reliable and efficient ignition every time.
The range features Pyromax Burners, delivering 40,000 BTU NAT of high output cooking power. These patented, non-clog burners are designed with a three-piece, easy-to-clean construction and include a built-in port protection drip ring, ensuring durability and smooth operation. A group of four burners is available for added flexibility, catering to various cooking techniques. The unit also includes a griddle top, available on either the left or right side, featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The griddle can be manual or thermostatically controlled and is available in a 24” width, perfect for searing, grilling, and other cooking tasks.
For convection baking and roasting, the range includes two convection oven bases, each equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. The oven offers a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing precise control over cooking temperatures. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for multiple pans. Each oven is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, offering versatility for various cooking methods. The oven’s high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm) ensures optimal airflow for even cooking, and its permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation provide durability and reliability. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, offering additional flexibility when needed.
