This commercial gas range is 60-3/4โ wide with a 37โ high cooking top, offering ample space for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. It is built with a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4โ stainless steel front rail for a sleek, easy-to-clean design. For enhanced safety and convenience, the unit is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed regulator. The standing pilot for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable ignition and consistent performance.
Equipped with Pyromax Burners, this range offers 40,000 BTU NAT of high-output cooking power. These patented burners are designed with a three-piece, easy-to-clean construction and feature built-in port protection drip rings, ensuring long-lasting durability and optimal performance. A group of four burners is available for added flexibility to suit various cooking needs. Additionally, the raised griddle on the right side, measuring 24โ, comes with manual control and an under broiler, perfect for grilling, searing, and preparing a wide range of dishes.
The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven offers high-efficiency cooking with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175ยฐF to 550ยฐF (79ยฐC to 288ยฐC), allowing for precise temperature control. The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14โ high x 26โ wide x 24โ deep, offers ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible space usage. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor is designed for high efficiency and durability, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class โBโ insulation for extended motor life. The unit also includes an on/off switch to allow the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed, further increasing versatility.
