The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerhouse of performance and durability, built to meet the demands of any high-volume commercial kitchen. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking top set at a 37” working height, this range offers plenty of space for busy operations. Its stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, give it a sleek, professional look that’s easy to clean and built to last. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator provide added safety and control, while a standing pilot for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable startup and operation.
This model is equipped with high-performance Pyromax Burners, delivering a powerful 40,000 BTU NAT output. These patented, non-clog burners feature a three-piece, easy-to-clean design with built-in port protection drip rings, engineered for long-term durability and optimal performance. A group of four burners is available to accommodate a range of cooking styles and needs. The range also includes a 24” charbroiler, available on the left or right, with removable cast iron grates, perfect for grilling steaks, chicken, vegetables, and more with that signature flame-kissed flavor.
For baking and roasting, the unit includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) for precise cooking control. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible oven use. Each convection oven is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operating at 1710 rpm, with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for long-lasting, reliable performance. An on/off switch gives you the flexibility to operate the convection oven as a standard oven when needed.
Rounding out the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base, offering additional storage with optional no-charge doors that open from the center. This convenient feature helps keep your kitchen organized while maintaining a unified look across your cooking line.
