The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the needs of busy commercial kitchens, delivering exceptional performance, durability, and versatility. This 60-3/4” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top that provides ample space for cooking multiple dishes at once. Built with rugged stainless steel front and sides and finished with a 4” stainless steel front rail, this range is as durable as it is easy to clean. For added safety and efficiency, it comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed regulator, while standing pilots for open-top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure dependable operation.
This unit features Pyromax Burners, known for their high-performance output of 40,000 BTU NAT. These patented non-clog burners are constructed with a three-piece design for easy cleaning and include a built-in port protection drip ring for lasting durability. A group of four Pyromax burners is available, providing chefs with the flexibility needed for a wide range of cooking techniques. On the right side of the range, a 24” raised griddle is available, offering manual controls and an under broiler, ideal for high-heat searing, grilling, or preparing breakfast items with ease.
To support baking and roasting, the range includes two convection oven bases, each powered by 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), giving chefs precise control over temperature. The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails to accommodate various pan sizes and cooking setups. Each convection oven is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, designed for high efficiency and long-lasting use, featuring permanent split-phase construction, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An integrated on/off switch allows the oven to function as a standard oven, adding extra flexibility to your workflow.
Completing the setup is a stainless steel cabinet base that provides convenient storage space. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional charge, helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen layout.
