The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-performance cooking in busy commercial kitchens, combining power, precision, and flexibility in one durable unit. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers generous workspace for multiple cooking tasks at once. Its sleek, stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensure long-lasting durability and a professional appearance. For added convenience and safety, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator, while standing pilots and battery spark ignition systems ensure reliable burner and oven startup.
This model is equipped with Pyromax Burners, delivering an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These patented non-clog burners feature a three-piece, easy-clean design with built-in port protection drip rings, making them ideal for high-demand operations. A group of four Pyromax burners is available to support various cooking techniques. The range also includes a 24” charbroiler, which can be positioned on the left or right side. With removable cast iron grates, it provides a dependable grilling surface perfect for steaks, vegetables, and other charbroiled favorites.
For baking and roasting versatility, this range features both a convection oven base and a standard oven base. The convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, giving chefs flexible baking options. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor at 1710 rpm, the convection system uses a high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for dependable performance. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when needed.
The standard oven provides 45,000 BTU NAT and features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F, with a slightly deeper porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep—allowing full-size pans to fit both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering ample capacity for roasting or baking large items.
