The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier commercial cooking solution built for the demands of high-volume kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide profile and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range provides ample workspace for simultaneous cooking applications. It features a durable and easy-to-clean design with a 4” stainless steel front rail and full stainless steel front and sides. For safety and efficiency, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, factory-installed gas regulator, and standing pilots for open-top burners, along with battery spark ignition for the ovens.

This model includes a high-performance Pyromax Burner configuration, offering 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These patented, three-piece burners are engineered for maximum output and ease of maintenance, featuring a non-clog design and built-in port protection drip rings. A group of four burners is available to support a wide range of high-heat cooking tasks. Also included is a 24” raised griddle, mounted on the right side, with manual controls and an integrated under broiler, ideal for grilling and searing with precision.

Cooking versatility is further enhanced with the combination of a convection oven and a standard oven. The convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and offers consistent, even heat with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails, giving chefs flexible cooking options. A 1/2 hp motor powers the convection system at 1710 rpm, featuring permanent split-phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for reliable performance. The on/off switch allows it to operate as a standard oven when needed.

The standard oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT with the same thermostat range, and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of fitting full-size pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, ideal for roasting or baking larger items.
