The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for professional kitchens that demand consistent power, flexibility, and durability. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range provides ample workspace for high-volume cooking. Constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the unit is both durable and easy to maintain. Key standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, a factory-installed gas regulator, and standing pilots for open-top burners. Battery spark ignition ensures quick and reliable oven start-up.
At the core of this model are Pyromax Burners—a group of four powerful, 40,000 BTU NAT burners known for their patented, high-output, non-clog design. Each burner is built with a three-piece configuration for easy cleaning and features a port protection drip ring, making them ideal for demanding cooking environments. Alongside the burners, a 24” griddle top is available on the left or right side. Made from 1/2” smooth, polished steel with raised sides, this griddle is offered in both manual and thermostatically controlled versions to suit different cooking preferences and precision needs.
The range includes both a convection oven and a standard oven, giving chefs ultimate versatility. The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven features a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split-phase operation, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
The standard oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT, with the same thermostat range, and features a deeper porcelain enamel interior—14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep—capable of fitting full-sized pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, perfect for roasting and baking tasks.
