The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for the demands of high-performance commercial kitchens, offering a durable, versatile setup that maximizes both cooking efficiency and under-counter storage. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this heavy-duty gas range features a sleek, easy-to-clean design with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. Standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off valve for added safety, a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilots for open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for reliable operation of the cooking bases.
This model is equipped with a powerful Pyromax burner configuration, offering a group of four 40,000 BTU NAT burners. These patented, three-piece burners are designed for high-output cooking and easy maintenance, with a non-clog design and built-in port protection drip ring that ensures reliable performance during peak hours.
Complementing the burner setup is a 24” raised griddle, positioned on the right side of the unit. Featuring manual controls and an under-broiler, this raised griddle is ideal for searing, grilling, and finishing dishes with precision and control. The griddle’s elevated placement provides additional versatility while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Instead of oven bases, this range includes two stainless steel cabinet bases, providing valuable storage space beneath the cooking surface. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the cabinets are durable, easy to clean, and ideal for storing pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Optional no-charge doors are available and open from the center, allowing for quick and convenient access.
