The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range built for performance, reliability, and streamlined kitchen functionality. This unit measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, making it ideal for high-output kitchens. It features a durable, professional-grade design with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. Standard safety features include a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases.
This model includes a high-performance group of four Pyromax burners, each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT. These patented, non-clog burners feature a three-piece design for easy cleaning and a built-in port protection drip ring for added reliability, making them ideal for intense cooking environments.
Alongside the burners, the unit includes a 24” griddle top, which can be placed on the left or right side. The 1/2” thick, polished steel plate is built for high-efficiency cooking and comes with raised sides to prevent spills. Choose from manual or thermostatic controls depending on your kitchen’s needs, ensuring accurate and consistent temperature management.
Instead of oven bases, this model comes equipped with two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering convenient under-range storage. These cabinets are built entirely from stainless steel for a clean, professional look and long-term durability. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra charge, providing easy access to cookware, utensils, or supplies.
