The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers exceptional cooking performance and durability, ideal for busy commercial kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this gas range is built with a rugged stainless steel front and sides, paired with a 4” stainless steel front rail for long-lasting durability and a sleek, professional look. Key standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilots for the open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring reliable operation day after day.
This model includes a group of four high-performance Pyromax burners, each rated at 40,000 BTU NAT. These patented burners feature a three-piece, non-clog design for easy cleaning and maintenance, with a built-in port protection drip ring that enhances safety and performance in high-demand environments.
Also included is a versatile 24” charbroiler, available on either the left or right side. Built with removable cast iron grates, the charbroiler delivers consistent, even heat—ideal for grilling steaks, vegetables, or seafood while adding that sought-after charbroiled flavor.
For baking, roasting, or finishing, this unit features a 45,000 BTU standard oven (Model D) with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven includes a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both front-to-back and side-to-side. It comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking needs.
In addition to its powerful cooking components, this range features a stainless steel cabinet base for added under-range storage. The cabinet includes optional no-charge center-opening doors, offering a convenient solution for keeping kitchen tools and cookware within easy reach.
