The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for high-performance kitchens, offering durability and versatility. This commercial gas range spans 60-3/4” wide, with a 37” high cooking top, and is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail, alongside stainless steel front and sides for both durability and easy maintenance. Standard features include a manual gas shut-off located at the front, a factory-installed regulator, and standing pilots for the open top burners. The range is equipped with battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring easy and reliable startup.
At the heart of the cooking power are the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), offering 40,000 BTU NAT of heat. These patented, high-output, three-piece burners are designed for easy cleaning, with a non-clog design and built-in port protection drip rings for added safety and efficiency. The unit includes a group of four burners, making it ideal for a variety of cooking tasks.
The Griddle Top (available on the left or right side) features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides to help contain grease and cooking debris. It measures 24” wide and is available with either manual or thermostatic control, giving you flexibility in cooking temperatures.
For baking, roasting, and other cooking applications, the Standard Oven Models (D) offer 45,000 BTU NAT and come with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep and accommodates full-sized pans placed in either direction. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for added versatility.
To complete the range, the stainless steel cabinet base offers durable and accessible storage space. Additionally, optional no-charge doors can be installed, opening from the center for ease of use.
