The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering robust performance and long-lasting durability. With a 60-3/4” wide range and a 37” high cooking top, this range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with a stainless steel front and sides for easy maintenance and a professional look. Key standard features include a manual gas shut-off conveniently located at the front, a factory-installed regulator, and standing pilots for open top burners. The battery spark ignition for oven bases ensures reliable starting.
This range is equipped with Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) that deliver 40,000 BTU NAT of cooking power. The patented high-output, three-piece design ensures easy cleaning, while the non-clog burner and built-in port protection drip ring enhance both safety and efficiency. The unit offers a group of four burners, ideal for diverse cooking tasks.
For additional cooking versatility, this model includes a raised griddle (right side only) with a 24” smooth, polished steel griddle plate and manual control. The griddle features raised sides to contain grease and prevent spills, while an under-broiler option enhances cooking flexibility.
The Standard Oven Model (D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing reliable and consistent heat for baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and the oven accommodates full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible use.
To complete this heavy-duty cooking range, the unit features a stainless steel cabinet base, providing ample storage space below. Optional no-charge doors open from the center, offering easy access to stored items.
