The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile solution for high-demand commercial kitchens. This commercial gas range is 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, designed for ease of use and durability. Its stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures long-lasting performance and effortless cleaning. Standard features include a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a factory-installed regulator, and standing pilots for open top burners. For reliable ignition, the unit comes equipped with battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The range features Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), delivering an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These patented, high-output, three-piece burners are designed for easy cleaning with a non-clog burner system and a built-in port protection drip ring for added safety. A group of four burners provides ample cooking capacity for various culinary tasks.
A standout feature of the range is the Charbroiler (available on the left or right side), offering 24” of grilling space and removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and even heat distribution.
For baking, roasting, and more, the Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with 45,000 BTU NAT and offer a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing plenty of space to accommodate full-sized pans. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, adding flexibility to your cooking options. This unit is designed with two standard oven bases, making it an excellent choice for high-volume kitchens.
