The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a high-performance solution for commercial kitchens, combining durability, efficiency, and versatility. Designed with a 60-3/4” wide cooking area and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both longevity and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off adds an extra layer of safety, while the factory-installed regulator and standing pilot for open top burners ensure consistent, reliable operation.
One of the standout features of this range is the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7). Each burner delivers an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT, offering robust power for high-heat cooking. These patented high-output, three-piece burners are designed for easy cleaning, featuring a non-clog burner system with a built-in port protection drip ring. The range includes a group of four burners, perfect for diverse cooking needs.
For added versatility, the range comes with a Raised Griddle (Right only), featuring a 24" smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The griddle is manually controlled and comes with an under-broiler, providing even heat distribution for grilling, searing, and other cooking techniques.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with 45,000 BTU NAT and feature a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making them perfect for baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans. It also includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility for various cooking requirements. This unit features two standard oven bases, giving you the capacity to handle large volumes of food simultaneously.
