With a 60-3/4” wide cooking area and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range provides an ideal work surface for chefs. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure exceptional durability, while the front-located manual gas shut-off enhances safety for your entire range.
Equipped with a factory-installed regulator and standing pilot for open top burners, the range guarantees smooth and consistent gas flow. Battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensures hassle-free ignition for all your cooking needs.
A key feature of this range is the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7), delivering 40,000 BTU NAT heat for exceptional cooking power. These patented high-output burners feature a three-piece, easy-to-clean, non-clog design, making them both highly efficient and simple to maintain. The built-in port protection drip ring keeps your kitchen clean and safe. A group of four burners is available, offering versatility for multiple cooking tasks.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) offers a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for cooking large quantities of food. The 24” wide griddles are available in both manual and thermostatic control options, allowing you to choose the level of precision that suits your cooking style.
For baking and roasting, the Standard Oven Models (D) provide 45,000 BTU NAT heat with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans. One rack with two-position side rails offers flexibility, and this unit comes with two standard oven bases, ensuring you can handle high-volume cooking effortlessly.
