The Ultimate Restaurant Range 72” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and institutional foodservice settings. This 73” wide unit features a spacious 37” high cooking surface and a rugged stainless steel construction, including a 4” front rail and durable front and side panels for long-term reliability and easy cleaning. It comes equipped with six powerful 33,000 BTU natural gas burners, each designed with patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron construction to ensure consistent heat and minimal maintenance. The removable cast iron top grates are built to accommodate heavy cookware, with rear burners capable of holding up to 14” stock pots.
For added versatility, the range includes two 32,000 BTU convection ovens with porcelain enamel interiors, offering a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. Each oven features three adjustable racks with five side rail positions, powered by a high-efficiency, 1/2 hp motor for even heat circulation. Operators can also switch off the convection function to use the oven as a standard base. The unit offers a customizable 36” charbroiler option on the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates perfect for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables.
Safety and convenience are built in, with front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves for each side of the range, a factory-installed regulator, a standing pilot for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
