The Ultimate Restaurant Range 72” Series is a robust, commercial-grade gas range designed for high-performance cooking in restaurants, catering kitchens, and institutional foodservice operations. At 73” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail—ideal for withstanding the daily demands of a busy kitchen. The cooking surface features a unique 5-burner configuration: three powerful 33,000 BTU standard burners in the front paired with two heavy-duty Pyromax burners in the rear, offering exceptional heat output for large-volume cooking and stock pot applications.
Each burner is crafted from patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron, built for lifetime durability and consistent flame performance. The rear burners are designed to accommodate up to 14” stock pots, making this range perfect for chefs who need both precision and power. The top grates are fully removable for easy cleaning and maintenance, while the built-in standing pilot system provides reliable burner ignition.
Beneath the cooking surface, this model includes two 32,000 BTU natural gas convection ovens, each with a porcelain enamel interior and three adjustable racks supported by five-position side rails. The ovens are equipped with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F and powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor for even heat distribution. Each base features a convenient on/off switch that allows it to operate as a standard oven when convection is not required.
Safety and functionality are seamlessly integrated with front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves on each side of the unit, a factory-installed gas regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
