The Ultimate Restaurant Range 72” Series is a powerful, full-featured commercial gas range built to meet the demands of high-output professional kitchens. Spanning 73” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this heavy-duty range features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail for long-lasting performance and easy cleanup in any commercial environment.
This configuration includes six 33,000 BTU natural gas open burners, each crafted from patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron, designed to deliver consistent, high-performance cooking. The removable cast iron grate tops support heavy-duty cookware, with the rear burners built to hold up to 14” stock pots, making it ideal for large-scale sautéing, boiling, or frying.
Complementing the burners is a versatile 36” cast iron charbroiler, available on the left or right side, giving chefs the ability to grill meats, vegetables, and more with precision. The removable grates make cleaning quick and efficient, while delivering authentic char-grilled flavor.
Below the cooktop are two standard 45,000 BTU natural gas ovens, each with a wide temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. These ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-sized pans both lengthwise and sideways. Each oven includes one rack with two position side rails, offering flexibility for various baking needs. The standing pilot and thermostat provide reliable temperature control for consistent cooking results.
Additional safety and performance features include front-located manual gas shut-off valves for each side, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a factory-installed gas regulator.
