The Ultimate Restaurant Range 72” Series is a versatile and durable commercial gas range designed for busy restaurant kitchens, institutional facilities, and high-volume foodservice operations. With a total width of 73” and a 37” high cooking surface, this range delivers exceptional cooking power, flexible configurations, and rugged stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 4” front rail—ideal for demanding kitchen environments.
This model features six high-performance 33,000 BTU open burners, built with patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron for long-lasting durability and reliable heat output. Each burner is removable for easy cleaning, and the rear burner grates are designed to accommodate up to 14” stock pots for large-scale cooking tasks.
Alongside the open burners is a 36” wide griddle, available on either the left or right side, crafted from 1/2” thick cold rolled steel. Perfect for pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, or searing proteins, the griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, giving chefs total control over cooking temperatures and consistency.
Beneath the cooktop are two 45,000 BTU standard gas ovens, each equipped with a standing pilot ignition system and a wide thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F. The ovens feature spacious porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-size pans to fit in either direction. Each oven includes a rack with two position side rails to support a variety of baking needs.
Additional features include front-facing manual gas shut-off valves for both sides, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a factory-installed regulator for dependable gas flow.
