The Ultimate Restaurant Range 72” Series is a powerhouse commercial gas range designed for high-volume kitchens that require maximum cooking capacity and performance. Measuring 73” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this rugged range is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and a durable 4” front rail—engineered for long-lasting use in busy commercial environments.
This model features an impressive 12 open burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas cooking power. These burners are made from patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron, offering consistent heat distribution and exceptional reliability over time. The layout includes four removable cast iron grate tops, with rear grates designed to accommodate up to 14” stock pots—perfect for boiling, sautéing, and high-volume cooking.
Beneath the cooktop are two 45,000 BTU standard ovens, each equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F for precise temperature control. The ovens feature a spacious porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-size pans to fit in either direction. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails to accommodate a variety of baking and roasting needs.
This model also includes key safety and efficiency features such as front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves for each side, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas flow.
