The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the demanding needs of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide commercial gas range and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample cooking space and durability. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and fully stainless steel front and sides, ensuring a long-lasting, easy-to-clean design. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off provides quick access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth operation from the start. The standing pilot for the open top burners maintains a steady flame for consistent cooking, and the battery spark ignition system ensures reliable ignition for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners option includes two patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are clog-free for a lifetime of use. These burners deliver an impressive 33,000 BTU NAT, providing high-powered, efficient heat for cooking. The range also offers a 24” Griddle Top, which can be placed on the left or right side. The griddle is made from a 1/2” thick cold-rolled steel plate for durability and a smooth cooking surface, and it is available with either manual or thermostatic temperature control for precision cooking.
For baking and roasting needs, the range features a Hybrid Electric Convection Oven, which is electrically heated with a 6 kW heating element, combining the convenience of electric heating with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for precise temperature control. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample cooking space, and it comes with three adjustable racks and five-position side rails for maximum flexibility. The oven is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm with 115V AC, and is equipped with permanent split phase, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. Additionally, an on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
