The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a commercial-grade gas range built to handle the demands of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers excellent space and durability for all your cooking needs. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and ease of cleaning. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off allows for quick access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures seamless setup and operation. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for the open top burners, maintaining a steady flame for precise cooking, and the battery spark ignition system guarantees reliable ignition for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners option includes two patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are designed to be lifetime clog-free, ensuring long-lasting, efficient heat distribution. These burners deliver 33,000 BTU NAT for powerful cooking performance. For added versatility, the range offers a 24” Griddle Top, which can be positioned on either the left or right side. Made from a 1/2” thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate, the griddle provides a durable and smooth cooking surface. It is available with either manual or thermostatic temperature control for precise and consistent cooking.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven is a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven that combines the efficiency of electric heat with excellent temperature control. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for accurate and flexible cooking. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans that can fit both ways. The oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexibility in positioning your cookware.
