The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range provides ample space and ergonomic design for fast-paced kitchen environments. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and rugged stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, maintaining a professional appearance in any kitchen.
For added safety and convenience, the range comes with a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing quick access to disconnect the gas supply to the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures a consistent gas flow for the burners, providing reliable performance every time.
The standing pilot system ensures steady flame control for open top burners, while battery spark ignition simplifies the startup process for oven bases.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) improve cooking efficiency with a cast bowl design that enhances heat distribution and allows full use of the entire range top. These grates are only available with 27K BTU Non-clog burners, offering powerful cooking capabilities. The 6 removable, cast iron grate tops make cleaning a breeze, with the rear grates capable of supporting up to a 14” stock pot.
For oven performance, the Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA) provides 6 kW electrically heated power, offering fast and even cooking. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven gives you precise control over your cooking temperatures. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample cooking space and versatility for various oven needs. Three racks with five-position side rails provide flexible cooking options, while the 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor ensures consistent airflow for optimal cooking results. The motor also features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for long-lasting, reliable performance.
Additionally, the on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed, offering even more versatility.
