The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance cooking solution designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens. This versatile range features a 36” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for cooking and meal prep. The durable construction, with stainless steel front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensures long-lasting reliability and easy maintenance.
Safety is a priority with this model, offering a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing for quick and easy access to the gas supply. The factory-installed regulator maintains optimal gas pressure, ensuring consistent performance. The standing pilot for open top burners guarantees dependable ignition, while the battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensures easy starting every time.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are a key feature, offering six 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. The unique port arrangement of these burners enables even distribution of flame, making them ideal for precise sautéing, high-heat cooking, and flame-based techniques. Their powerful performance allows for efficient cooking, even in high-volume environments.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) is a versatile, energy-efficient addition to the range. It is equipped with a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven, providing precise temperature control with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans in either direction. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking options. This electric oven delivers consistent, high-quality results, ideal for baking, roasting, and other cooking tasks.
