The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed for high-efficiency cooking with its 36” wide commercial gas range and 37” high cooking top. The durable 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure easy cleaning and long-lasting performance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal burner operation.
This range includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for reliable oven base lighting. The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) combines (3) Star/Sauté’ burners in the front with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, providing excellent heat distribution for a variety of cooking tasks.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) features a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, is designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. The oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails for adjustable cooking configurations.
