The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking top set at a 37” height, this range offers both space and accessibility. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure long-lasting durability and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick gas control, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal burner performance.
The range features standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, offering reliable and convenient ignition. The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) includes (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, providing a perfect balance for sautéing and high-heat cooking.
Equipped with the Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA), this range offers a 6 kW electrically heated oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible rack placement. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, it operates with high efficiency, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and overload protection. The on/off switch allows the convection oven base to function as a standard oven, making it versatile and efficient for a wide range of cooking tasks.
