The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series offers a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top for convenient and versatile cooking. It is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. The range also features a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit and comes with a factory-installed regulator to optimize burner operation. For ease of use, it includes a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven base lighting.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) includes a combination of (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star 33K burners in the front, providing excellent flexibility for high heat cooking and easy sautéing.
The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA) is equipped with a 6 kW electrically heated system and features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five position side rails. It is powered by a 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, operating on 115V AC. The motor is high efficiency, featuring a permanent split phase, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class "B" insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when necessary.
