The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series combines high functionality and robust design, ideal for professional kitchens. It features a 36” wide cooking area with a 37” high cooking top for comfort and ease of use. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with the stainless steel front and sides, provides both durability and an attractive aesthetic. The front-located manual gas shut-off gives you quick access to control the gas supply, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure for consistent performance. The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases make ignition simple and reliable.
The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) offer a high-output cooking experience, each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT for powerful cooking performance. These patented, high-output, three-piece burners are easy to clean and designed to prevent clogging for maximum efficiency. The built-in port protection drip ring helps manage spills, ensuring a cleaner cooking area. Additionally, a group of 4 burners is available, providing flexibility for your cooking needs.
The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA) boasts a 6 kW electrically heated oven that includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) for precise temperature control. The oven's porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, is spacious enough to accommodate multiple racks. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing flexibility for different types of cooking. The high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor runs at 1710 rpm, 60 cycles, 115V AC, and comes with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. Additionally, an On/Off switch enables the CO base to operate as a standard oven, offering further versatility.
