The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, offering both versatility and durability for professional kitchens. It is 36” wide with a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for food preparation. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure both a sleek appearance and long-lasting durability. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows easy access to control the gas supply, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for optimal burner performance. The range also features a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, allowing for reliable and quick ignition.
The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are specifically designed for high-output cooking. Each burner delivers 40,000 BTU NAT, providing powerful heat for various cooking applications. These patented high-output, three-piece burners are easy to clean and feature a non-clog design for optimal performance. The built-in port protection drip ring helps minimize messes and maintain cleanliness. Additionally, a group of 4 burners is available for increased cooking capacity.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) offers a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) for precise temperature control. Its porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodates full-sized pans both ways. The oven also comes with one rack and two position side rails, allowing flexible rack placement to suit various baking and roasting needs.
