The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of professional kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers plenty of space and durability for various cooking tasks. The range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and fully stainless steel front and sides, providing a robust, easy-to-clean structure. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off ensures convenient access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator guarantees reliable operation right out of the box. Additionally, the range includes battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring fast and dependable ignition each time.
The Griddle Top is available in a 36” size and is made from a 1/2” thick cold-rolled steel plate, offering a smooth and durable cooking surface. It can be equipped with either manual or thermostatic temperature control for precise heat adjustment, allowing you to tailor the cooking environment to your needs.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven is a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven, providing efficient and consistent heat for all your baking and roasting requirements. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven offers precise temperature control for various cooking applications. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans that fit both ways. It also includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexibility in cooking and easy adjustment to accommodate different cookware sizes.
