Each unit features 20,000 BTU stainless steel burners per 6 inches, delivering consistent, even heat for searing meats, vegetables, and more. The charbroiler's stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the aluminized steel rear and bottom panels enhance structural strength and resist corrosion from high heat. Double-wall, reinforced insulated side panels retain heat while maintaining safe external temperatures—ideal for busy line setups.
