The 12" Platinum Series Sectional Range is an efficient, space-saving solution designed for high-performance cooking in professional kitchens. This modular unit features two 35,000 BTU open-top burners with patented clog-free technology, ensuring consistent heat output and durability with a lifetime warranty. Ideal for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated, or freezer base, the range offers versatile installation options to suit your kitchen layout.
Constructed with premium stainless steel on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, this range is built to last, with a removable cast iron grate for easy maintenance. The 9-1/4" deep front rail provides added workspace, while the removable drip tray helps keep the cooking area clean. The fully insulated lining and burner box optimize heat retention, making cooking more energy-efficient.
With a 1-1/4" front gas manifold and a 1" rear gas connection, this range offers reliable and consistent gas flow. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser ensures proper ventilation. Additionally, with free battery-design assistance and a Step Up feature, this range is designed to meet the needs of both efficiency and functionality in fast-paced kitchen environments.
