The 12" Platinum Series Sectional Range with Full-Width Uniform Hot Top is designed for efficiency and durability, featuring two 16,000 BTU NAT (16,000 BTU LP) burners with a high/low control knob. The Piezo electronic pilot ignition offers reliable startup, while removable steel plates heat to 700°F on high, providing consistent cooking performance.
Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, it includes fully insulated lining, a 5" high stainless steel flue riser, and a 1-1/4" front gas manifold. The unit is available with a modular design for mounting on countertops or refrigerated/freezer bases, and comes with free battery-design assistance.
