Engineered for chefs who demand precision, smart PROgramming, and true PROfessional power, this series redefines what’s possible in the kitchen. This Platinum PRO Series Convection Oven is an electric, single deck, bakery cavity depth, 11 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
