This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, single deck, bakery cavity depth, 11 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
- Bakery-depth single deck convection oven with a compact 55" height (with optional casters).
- Patented “plug-in, plug-out” slide-out control panel for easy servicing and maintenance.
- Stainless steel front, top, and sides for durability and easy cleaning.
- Dependent glass doors with full 180° opening and energy-saving, high-efficiency glass windows.
- Heat-retaining dual door seal system combined with stay-cool heavy-duty door handles for safety and efficiency.
- Coved, fastener-free porcelain interior designed for easy cleaning.
- Two-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor with forced cool down fan mode for consistent baking results.
- Solid-state temperature controls with oven “heat” light cycling and interior oven lights for clear visibility.
- 11-position rack guides and 5 plated oven racks for versatile cooking options.
