Meet the future of cooking with Southbend’s Platinum PRO Series Convection Ovens—the first in the industry to feature both wired and wireless PRObe technology. Engineered for chefs who demand precision, smart PROgramming, and true PROfessional power, this series redefines what’s possible in the kitchen. This Platinum PRO Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, single deck, bakery cavity depth, 11 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
