This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, single deck, bakery cavity depth, 11 kW of power, with standard controls and independent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.

- Independent glass doors open fully to 180° for convenient access and loading.
- High-efficiency, energy-saving glass windows and dual door seal system for optimal heat retention.
