This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, double deck, bakery cavity depth, 22 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full-size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack from left to right in the oven.
