This Platinum PRO Series Convection Oven is an electric, double deck, bakery cavity depth, 22 kW of power, with touch screen controls and independent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
