This Platinum Series Convection Oven is an electric, single deck, standard cavity depth, 7.5kW of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven. Energy Star compliant!
