This Platinum PRO Series Convection Oven is a gas (Natural Gas), double deck, bakery cavity depth, 140,000 BTU of power, with touchscreen controls and independent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
