This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a half-size gas (Liquid Propane), double deck, standard cavity depth, 60,000 BTU of power, with touch screen controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full-size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
