Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

- Four non-clog, one-piece cast iron burners with removable cast iron grate tops (rear supports up to 14" stock pot)
- 24" thermostatic griddle with 1/2" thick polished steel plate and raised sides
- Convection oven with snap action thermostat (adjustable from 175°F to 550°F)
- Heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner with flame failure safety device
- Large enameled oven interior (26" wide x 26-1/2" deep) with 5-position rack guides and two removable racks
- Convection motor: 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC permanent split phase with on/off switch for standard oven operation
- Aluminized cabinet base with optional center-opening doors
