Southbend’s S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

- Full-width 48" thermostatic griddle with 1" polished steel plate and raised sides
- Five griddle burners beneath plate (16,000 BTU each)
- Convection oven with snap action thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F
- U-shaped heavy-duty oven burner with flame failure safety device
- Large oven cavity: 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep, fully enameled interior
- 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency split phase motor
- 5-position rack guides with two removable racks
- Aluminized cabinet base with optional center-opening doors (no extra charge)
