Southbendโs S-Series restaurant range offers a quality, versatile range for commercial foodservice applications. 24โณ, 36โณ, 48โณ, and 60โณ widths and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.
- 60-3/4" wide open top with (10) patented, one-piece cast iron, non-clog burners with Lifetime Warranty
- Stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf
- 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
- (10) removable cast iron grate tops (rear holds up to 14" stock pot)
- (2) removable, one-piece crumb drawers under burners
- Standard oven with snap action thermostat adjustable for 175ยฐF to 550ยฐF
- Convection oven with snap action thermostat adjustable for 175ยฐF to 550ยฐF
- Large 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep oven cavity, all parts enameled and insulated with heavy rock wool
- Equipped with flame failure safety device
