Powered by 20,000 BTU stainless steel burners per 6 inches, this unit delivers strong, even heat across the cooking surface—perfect for searing meats, grilling vegetables, and executing quick-turn menu items. The cast iron radiants ensure optimal heat retention and distribution for consistent results throughout every shift. Designed with reinforced, double-wall insulated sides, the unit retains heat efficiently while keeping external surfaces safe to the touch in high-traffic cooking environments.
