The Counterline 24" Heavy Duty Outdoor Gas Griddle is engineered for serious performance in catering, outdoor kitchens, and mobile foodservice environments. Designed with precision and durability in mind, it features a powerful 30,000 BTU burner per 12" section (available in thermostatic or manual control models) and a 1" thick polished rolled steel plate for optimal heat retention. With "Insta-on" thermostatic controls offering temperature settings from 200°F to 550°F, and an imbedded load-sensing thermostat, you get precise and consistent cooking across the entire surface—thanks to the exclusive “NO COLD” Zone technology.
Built for the rigors of outdoor use, this griddle is constructed from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel on all exterior panels, and reinforced with insulated double-wall sides for durability and heat efficiency. Additional features include electronic spark ignition, a large-capacity grease drawer, a fully welded griddle plate with a protected exhaust vent, and a flame failure safety device. With its compact footprint, robust build, and advanced heat control, this griddle is ideal for high-demand outdoor cooking operations.
