- Programmable controls auto-detect products and set cook time and gap parameters. Simplifies operation, reduces manual changes, and adapts to future menu updates—offering greater flexibility and ease for crew members.
- Upper platen lowers manually or automatically to preset gap with one touch. Slim design simplifies cleaning. For safety, platen opens if power is lost or an obstruction is detected.
- Precise Automatic Gapping uses a solid platform with a 3-point reference plane and fixed home point. Once set, the upper platen delivers accurate, consistent gaps for repeatable results, ensuring product safety and high-quality output.
